Since Hell’s Kitchen, Bonnie has made her way around the United States to demonstrate recipes, give cooking ideas, and of course, discuss her experience on such a demanding television show.

She golfed in The Ezra Open in New Orleans to help raise money for the city after the devastation from Hurricane Katrina – hosted by the well known band, Better than Ezra.

She also demonstrated innovative holiday appetizers at Great Gatherings in Maryland and Virginia, and has been a regular at the Springfield Grocer Company’s Food Expo, demonstrated easy recipes for home cooking.

She showed off her angel food French toast at West Palm Beach’s Home and Garden Show. She has also been regularly spotted on TV Guide’s Reality Remix as a Hell’s Kitchen correspondent.
